Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume, processing time may be slightly delayed.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and serviceability.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped via Shiprocket, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via SMS or email.
- You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- COD is available on selected locations.
- Additional COD charges may apply.
- Orders may be verified via call or SMS before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us.
Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Shiprocket and courier partners are responsible for transit delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged / Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with images or an unboxing video.
- In case of lost shipments, we will raise a ticket with Shiprocket and update you accordingly.
