Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and maintain product quality standards.
Returns
- We do not accept returns on most products as they are handcrafted and may be made-to-order.
- Returns are only accepted if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- You receive a wrong item
Important:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video or clear images are required as proof
Refunds
- Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong product), we will bear the shipping cost
- Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) will be paid by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Worn, used, or altered items
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Discounted / sale items
